波纹管换热器管束整体失稳分析及设计计算要考虑的问题

摘　　要：介绍了一台波纹管换热器在管程压力试验过程中管束整体失稳的情况,将波纹管等效为直光管,并对相关参数进行合理修正,按分析设计标准JB 4732附录Ⅰ固定式管板计算方法进行计算及失稳原因分析。并对GB 151新标准制定波纹管换热器管板设计计算方法提出修改建议。A failure case of the tube bundle overall stability was introduced for a corrugated tube heat exchanger during tube-side hydraulic test.While the corrugated tube was treated as the straight smooth tube,the related parameters were reasonably modified.The calculation method for fixed tube-sheet in the Appendix Ⅰ of JB 4732 was adopted and failure cause was analyzed.Finally,some suggestions were presented for the amendment to tube-sheet design calculation method of corrugated tube heat exchanger in the new version of GB 151.
