摘  要:压水堆核电站承压容器在建造过程中,主要是根据承压容器的核安全分级和质量分组,可采用ASME锅炉与压力容器标准B&PVC第Ⅲ卷中的各分卷进行建造。对核级承压容器中的核安全分级和质量分组进行了讨论,对B&PVC第Ⅲ卷NB/NC/ND的在材料、设计、制造和检验等方面的要求进行了分析,并对国内核级承压容器建造中的实际情况进行了描述。在此基础上,建议国内制造厂在加强核级承压容器设计能力的同时,并能积极推行ASME授权核检验师ANI的质保和质控活动。The pressure retaining vessels in Pressurized Water Reactor(PWR) can be constructed per the related subsections in the Section m of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code B&PVC, based on the nuclear safety related classification and quality group classification. The nuclear safety related classifica- tions and qhality group classifications are discussed, the requirements in the material, design,fabrication, and examination among the subsections NB/NC/ND in ASME B&PVC Section m are analyzed, and the practical situations in the domestic construction of nuclear safety related pressure retaining vessel are de- scribed. It is suggested that the design capabilities of domestic manufacturers would be enhanced, and the activities of quality assurance and quality control of Authorized Nuclear Inspectors(ANI) would be carried out.
