摘  要:稳压器是压水堆核电厂一回路冷却剂系统的主设备之一,对整个核电厂的运行和安全起着至关重要的作用。900 MW压水堆核电厂稳压器采用板焊结构,筒体采用低合金钢钢板通过冷卷成形制造。依据核电设备建造规范的要求,根据稳压器冷成形工艺,确定了成形工艺评定方案和评定过程中的检验和试验,并对评定试验的检验和试验结果进行了初步统计和分析。试验结果表明:按既定工艺成形后的筒体质量满足规范要求;对于使用低合金钢制造的稳压器筒体的成形工艺进行评定是十分必要地。Pressurizer is one of the most important equipments of the reactor coolant system in PWR, and it is key to the security during the operating of nuclear power plant. The pressurizer is a plate - weld ves- sel in 900 MW PWR, and its cylinders are formed by low ahoy steel plates. Base on the forming proce- dure, the qualification of forming procedure was described, examinations and testes had been carried out during the qualification according to the design and construction rules. The statistical analysis of test data indicates that the cylinders formed according to the given forming procedure meet the requirements of the design, and the qualification of the forming procedure for pressurizer cylinder which is made of low alloy steel is necessary.
