Performances of Heat Transfer and Fluid Flow in the Shell-side of Heat Exchangers with Novel Sextant Flower Baffles

摘  要:针对传统折流板换热器壳程压降大的特点,提出了一种新型的六分花格板换热器。建立了六分花格板换热器的物理模型,应用CFD技术,对六分花格板换热器的流动和传热性能进行了研究,并将结果与传统的弓形折流板换热器进行了比较。结果表明,在相同壳程进口流速下,六分花格板换热器压降为弓形折流板换热器的64%,壳程进口流速较低时两者的换热系数相差不大,综合性能比弓形折流板换热器提高40%。For the high shell side pressure drop of flower baffled heat exchanger was put forward. The the traditional baffle heat exchanger, a novel sextant physical model of the novel heat exchanger was built, CFD software was used to obtain detailed shell -side fluid flow and heat transfer performances, compari- son was also made between the new and the traditional baffle heat exchanger. Results show that the pres- sure drop of the former is 64% of that of the latter with the same import velocity of shell side, when the import velocity is low, the difference of heat transfer coefficient between the two exchangers is minor, and the comprehensive performance of the former is 40% greater than that of the traditional baffle heat ex- changer.
