摘　　要：在技术经济教学中知识溢出是目前学术界研究的热点问题,溢出距离是影响区域知识溢出的重要因素。本文通过系统研究知识溢出的空间溢出效应,提出知识势差是溢出的前提条件,模仿创新是溢出实现的必要条件。知识溢出具有一定的空间局限性,知识溢出效应随着空间距离增加呈现递减趋势。Now knowledge spillover is one of the heated topics about technology economics education in the academic circle. Spillover distance is an important factor in affecting regional knowledge spillovers. The spatial spillover effects of knowledge spillovers are researched in this paper. The potential difference of knowledge is a prerequisite for knowledge spillovers. The imitation innovation is a necessary condition to achieve the spillovers. Knowledge spillovers have some space limitations. The effects of knowledge spillovers demonstrate a declining trend with increasing the distance.
