摘　　要：节约能源为的是更好地发展人类社会,企业的节能是为了更好地发展企业。因此企业的节能必须以不妨碍、乃至促进日常工作开展为前提。由此,摆脱"拉闸限电"等落后方式,转变观念、加强管理和运用新技术就显得尤为重要。首先从思想和企业文化建设的高度展开讨论,力图提供一种能在广大员工中形成的节约能源新风尚;其次对制度建设进行探讨;最后介绍一些成熟可用的节能环保新材料、新工艺、新方法。Saving energy is for the better development of human society and enterprises also do that for their own development. So, it must be taken as a precondition that energy conservation of enterprises must improvethe daily work instead of impeding it. Therefore, it is particularly important to get rid of ＂power rationing＂ and other backward ways, to change ideas, to strengthen management and to apply new technology. Beginning with discussing the construction of enterprise culture and thought, this essay seeks to provide a new trend of energyconservation among the majority of employees, Secondly, it will explore the system building as well. Finally, it will introduce some mature and availablenew materials, new techniques,and new methods for energy conservation and environmental protection.
