摘　　要：党的十八大报告中又一次强调要大力发展先进军事文化。先进军事文化是军队新时期建设的重要组成,是推进军队科学发展的强大精神动力。先进军事文化的社会化传播对参与社会主义文化建设,提高军队的社会认知程度,促进军队的信息化建设发挥着积极的作用。The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party RePOrt emphasized China will continue to vigorously develop military culture. Advanced military culture is the essential part of army in new times. It is the strong spiritual motive supporting military scientific development. The spreading of the military culture socialization will play an active role to the development of socialist culture construction, high degree public recognition and information construction to army.
