摘　　要：《红尘》是霍达继《穆斯林葬礼》之后的又一部优秀中篇小说。与《穆葬》不同的是,《红尘》隐去了史诗性和民族性的特质,将视角切换在北京的一个胡同里,表现了大杂院内几个小人物平凡而琐屑的人生故事。小说《红尘》蕴藉着作家细腻的情感,渗透了她对于人性透辟的认识。霍达以自己独特的话语方式描摹了人生百态,演绎着世间的沧海桑田。The world of mortals is HuoDaJi ＂Muslim funeral＂ after a good novella.
