摘　　要：从国际收支角度看,欧债危机是欧元区成员国国际收支调节机制的缺失造成的,这根源于一体化进程中欧洲经济货币联盟的设计缺陷。在欧元区完全一体化之前,各成员国的国际收支约束不会消失,完善内部成员国之间的国际收支调节机制是欧洲一体化顺利发展的基本条件。In view of the balance of payments （BP）, the European debt crisis is caused by the lack of adjustment mechanism of balance of payments for member states in Euro Zone, which is rooted in the design defects of EMU in integration process. Before the complete integration of Euro Zone, each member state can not escape the external constraints. Improvements of the adjustment mechanisms of BP of member states must be the basic condition for the smooth process of European integrations.
