摘　　要：该文通过苏州054号控保建筑的修缮更新,认为须在保留和延续原有风貌的前提下,对单体进行修缮,对外部空间进行再创作,并进行局部构造、内部设备更新,才能在整体上形成清代苏州私家园林风貌,并满足现代人的生活要求。Conserving the building of the No. 054 traditional dwelling not only requires remaining and continuing existing features of the house, but also redesigns the interior space, as well as renews partial structures and in-house facilities, By doing so, the No.054 traditional dwelling as a whole, embodies the Suzhou classical garden style of Qing Dynasty. Moreover, it satisfies the contemporary life needs.
