摘 要:快速城市化进程中,城市在高强度集聚、高速度增长的同时面临着建设用地蔓延、土地开发低效、生态环境破坏等问题。而准确获取城市空间增长信息,分析空间增长的影响因素及其作用机理是有效引导城市健康发展的重要前提。该文以长三角地区核心城市之一的苏州为例,从过程—问题—驱动力的视角出发,以多时相遥感影像为数据源,借助遥感与GIS技术提取土地利用信息,采用定性与定量相结合的方法对苏州城市增长的历程及动力机制进行研究,认为当前苏州城市建设用地出现蔓延趋势,并对周边生态用地造成威胁,而其增长的驱动力包含自然条件、经济增长与产业结构变迁、人口增长与城镇化、交通格局与区域通达性、规划引导等方面。最后该文结合上述要素提出增长管理策略,以期对经济发达地区城市增长研究与增长管理形成借鉴。Since the beginning of the twenty-first century, China has underwent the urbanization process that offered unprecedented challenges to environment protection, resource saving as well as sustainable development. As the main prerequisites to guide the healthy development of city, accurately evaluate the courses and the dynamic mechanism of urban growth are important. In this paper, Suzhou, one of the core cities of the Yangtze River Delta is proposed as an example. With the help of remote sensing and GIS technology, land use information of different periods has been analyzed using both qualitative and quantitative methods. This paper also identified the dynamical mechanism of Suzhou urban growth such as economic and population growth, infrastructure construction and guidance of urban planning. Finally, the paper proposed growth management strategies to change its development patterns and to stop the current tendency of urban sprawl. We hope to provide references for other cities in developed areas of China.
