山水共构的人文生态住区设计思考——以蔡尖尾山南麓规划为例

摘　　要：该文以厦门市海沧区蔡尖尾山南麓规划设计为例,以生态分析为切入点,通过排水、通风、坡度、高程、用地、水文地质等方面重点研究了山地应如何在保护和利用现有自然生态环境的基础上进行开发建设,同时结合特有的地域文化和地貌特色提出设计指引,并参考相关经典案例探讨适宜山地开发的指标体系,将该区的指标量化及对应指标下的建设成果呈现出来,借此希望能为类似的山地建设提供指导与借鉴。Taking the planning and design of South CaiJianwei mountain of Haicang District Xiamen City for example, looking ecological analysis as a starting point, focusing on how to develop and construct mountain land on the basis of protecting and using the existing natural environment through drainage, ventilation, slope, elevation, land use, hydrology and geology of the mountain, combining with the unique local culture and geomorphological features to propose design guidelines, with reference of some classical case to study Index System suitable for mountain development, quantified in this area and the construction results in the corresponding index is presented, so as to provide guidance and reference to similar mountain development.
