历史商业街区的生命力延续——以昆明正义路商业步行街为例

摘　　要：历史街区是延续至今城市发展过程中某一时期的产物,有的较完整地保持了当时的风貌,有的则随着时间的改变而演变,正义路历史商业街区作为后一种类型,已发展成为昆明市最具特色的商业步行街,是城市商业、休闲娱乐的重要组成部分,在历史发展的过程中体现了持久的生命力。该文对正义路历史商业街区的演变与发展做出梳理,探究其具有持久生命力的原因,并认为区位、业态、生活原真性、道路的空间形态、建筑形式等因素是正义路历史商业街区生命力的活力因素,而突出这些因素是正义路历史商业街区得以延续的重要原因。Historical streets and areas are the remains of a certain historical period during the progress of the city＇s development, among which some are untouched and well kept the original appearance, while some have been changing and evolving with the time. The pedestrian business street of Zhengyi Road, Kunming City belongs to the latter kind and has developed into the most special pedestrian business street in Kuming with its unique features. It lies in the important area of business, leisure and entertainment of the city. It embodies the lasting vitality in the process of historical development. So we dig into the evolvement and the development of Zhengyi pedestrian business street and research the reasons and mofivities of its long-lasting, strong and promising vitality. We conclude that the location, harmony of business status, originality of life, arrangement of street space, spatial harmony of architectural form and so on are the key factors of its vitality, while enhancing these features is the important factors to ensure and guarantee the sustainable development of Zhengyi Pedestrain Business Street.
