摘　　要：武汉里分住宅是武汉最具代表性的居住建筑形式。该文以传统居住形态的继承作为切入点,对中国和西方传统居住形态、里分建筑空间特色进行比较分析,并通过对居民自发改造的调查分析,探寻居民的生活价值倾向、居住文化选择,以期对未来里分住区的更新改造提供有价值的符合居民需要的更新思路。Li-Fen housing is the most representative residential housing in Wuhan. This thesis cuts into inheriting of traditional habitation form by comparative analysis of traditional Chinese and Western residential morphology, and Li-Fen architectural space features. We explore residents＇ living value tendency and residential cultural choice, by surveying and summarizing circumstances of residents＇ spontaneous renewal. The thesis could provide valuable renewal thinking to meet the needs of residents, in the process of renewal of Li-Fen housing in future.
