摘　　要：在对RDC选址时,从三个角度进行考虑,第一层从企业的角度、第二层从客户的角度、第三层从区域规划的角度进行动态规划,使RDC的总成本最小、消费者费用最低且符合区域功能规划要求。把该模型应用于大乌鲁木齐的RDC规划选址,并对规划前后的因子变动进行对比,从而确认其应用性及价值。In this paper, we considered the location of RDC from three aspects which were the perspective of the enterprise, the customer and the regional planning respectively, in order to minimize the total cost of the RDC and consumer expense and comply with the functional requirement in the planning of the region. Then we applied the model to the planning and location of the RDC in the big Urumqi region, analyzed the changes resulting from the application, and then verified the applicability and value of the model.
