农业转移人口市民化评价指标体系的实证研究——以四川省为例

摘　　要：通过从市民化"三力合一"的动力机制角度入手,引入经济发展推动力、就业与社保支持力、公共服务保障力等19个指标,借助AHP方法和主成分分析,建立起农业转移人口市民化的评价指标体系。分析结果表明:该评价指标体系具有很高的实际价值,各地区在大力推进农业转移人口市民化的过程中应抓住经济发展这一关键,同时也应根据自身实际情况找准定位,完善现有模式,全方位地推进城镇化发展。A index system has been set up for evaluating the urbanization of transferred agricultural population by studying the so -called ＂three power in one＂ dynamic mechanism of urbanization, and introducing about 19 indi- cators referring to the impetus from economic development, the support from employment and social security, the guarantee from public service, and applying AHP method and principal components analysis. The results show that： the system is of high practical value; each region should take the economic development as a key to pro- mote the populationt urbanization, but also find suitable way to perfect the existing model according to its own resources and conditions, so that a comprehensive urbanization can be carried out.
