安徽茯苓菌种的制备及菌丝的定性鉴别

摘　　要：目的规范安徽茯苓菌种的分离、接种以及制备的关键技术,建立茯苓菌丝的薄层鉴别方法 ,为茯苓菌丝的成分分析进行初探。方法精选茯苓传统产区的优质茯苓菌核,进行种苓的母种、原种、栽培种的分离和扩大培养,对茯苓菌丝进行薄层鉴别。结果经分离得到的茯苓原种、栽培种菌丝生长旺盛,色白、均匀、致密、粗壮,茯苓特异香气浓郁。经TLC检视出茯苓菌丝特征性斑点。结论建立的薄层鉴别方法在一定程度上确保了茯苓菌种的质量。OBJECTIVE To standardize Anhui Poria cocos spawn separation,vaccination and tile key technologies of preparation, establish Poria cocos spaw TLC method and analysis the composition of Poria cocos spaw. METHODS Poria cocos from the traditional produce areas was selected to eparate and vaccinate the parent species,seed,and cultivated species,Poria cocos spawn was identified by TLC. RESULTS The seperated poria cocos for seed,and the cultivated species, growed strong and were white color, uniform, dense, thick, tuckahoe specific aroma. The Poria cocos spaw had characteristic spots in TLC. CONCLUSION The established the method of TLC identification can ensure the Poria cocos spawn quality.
