辐照灭菌工艺对熟地黄中梓醇含量的影响

摘　　要：目的 考察60Co-γ辐照灭菌工艺对熟地黄中梓醇含量的影响.方法 采用HPLC法对熟地黄中的梓醇进行定性鉴别及含量测定,流动相：乙腈-甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液（10：90：1）;柱温：30℃;检测波长：215nm;流速：1.0mL·min-1.结果 梓醇在5～100μg·mL-1范围内呈良好线性关系（r=0.9998）,辐照前后样品中梓醇的含量变化在95.07%～98.86%之间.结论 60Co-γ辐照灭菌工艺对熟地黄中梓醇含量无明显影响,可用于熟地黄的灭菌.OBJECTIVE To study the content variation of catalpol in prepared Rehmannia glutinosa radiated by 60Co-γ or not. METHODS The catalpol was identified and the content of catalpol was detected by HPLC in 215nm：the mobile phase was a mixed liquid with acetonitrile-methanol-water（ 10： 90：1 ）, the column temperature was 30℃ and the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1. RESULTS The content of eatalpol in all samples was between 95.07% -98.86% and the method was linear within 5 - 100μgmL-1 which means it can be used to test the con- tent of catalpol in prepared Rehmannia glutinosa, CONCLUSION The content of catalpol in prepared Rehmannia glutinosa radiated by 60 Co-γ is not significant decline, so it is suitable to sterilization for prepared Rehmannia glutinosa by the 60Co-γ radiation sterilization technology.
