摘 要:目的 考察60Co-γ辐照灭菌工艺对熟地黄中梓醇含量的影响.方法 采用HPLC法对熟地黄中的梓醇进行定性鉴别及含量测定,流动相:乙腈-甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(10:90:1);柱温:30℃;检测波长:215nm;流速:1.0mL·min-1.结果 梓醇在5~100μg·mL-1范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998),辐照前后样品中梓醇的含量变化在95.07%~98.86%之间.结论 60Co-γ辐照灭菌工艺对熟地黄中梓醇含量无明显影响,可用于熟地黄的灭菌.OBJECTIVE To study the content variation of catalpol in prepared Rehmannia glutinosa radiated by 60Co-γ or not. METHODS The catalpol was identified and the content of catalpol was detected by HPLC in 215nm:the mobile phase was a mixed liquid with acetonitrile-methanol-water( 10: 90:1 ), the column temperature was 30℃ and the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1. RESULTS The content of eatalpol in all samples was between 95.07% -98.86% and the method was linear within 5 - 100μgmL-1 which means it can be used to test the con- tent of catalpol in prepared Rehmannia glutinosa, CONCLUSION The content of catalpol in prepared Rehmannia glutinosa radiated by 60 Co-γ is not significant decline, so it is suitable to sterilization for prepared Rehmannia glutinosa by the 60Co-γ radiation sterilization technology.
