摘　　要：目的 建立HPLC法测定乳核内消液芍药苷含量的方法.方法 以甲醇-水（30：70）为流动相洗脱,柱Diamonsil C18（4.6×250mm,5μm）,流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长230nm,柱温30℃.结果 芍药苷在0.12～2.40μg范围内成良好的线性关系（r=0.9999,n=5）.结论 本法简便、准确、重现性好.OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the quantitative determination of paeeoniforin in Ruhe Neixiao Liquids. METHODS The determination was carried out with Diamonsil C18（4.6×250mm,5μm）, using Methonal-water（30：70） as mobile phase,at a flowrate of 1.0mL·min-1 and detected at the wavelength 230nm, col- umn temperature 30℃. RESULTS Hesperidin showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0. 12 ~ 2. 40μg. CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate,reproducible.
