中药治疗肝豆状核变性的用药规律探析

摘　　要：目的 探究治疗肝豆状核变性的用药特点与规律,为辩证配伍及中药制剂提供重要参考.方法 查阅以往文献资料,归纳1976～2012年间治疗肝豆状核变性的131首方剂和对其中的中药进行统计与分析.对这些中药进行中药药理分类和西医药理分类,从中西医角度探究这些中药对治疗肝豆状核变性产生的功效和意义.结果 193首药方中含236味药,使用次数在25次以上的中药有25味,以清热药、补气药、利水渗湿药、平肝熄风药为主,这些中药对治疗肝豆状核变性有排铜、保肝、护肾、修复受损的血液系统及神经系统的药理作用.结论 用药规律探究揭示了用于治疗肝豆状核变性的常用中药有多种与病理相关的药理作用,部分中药对患者不同受损部位及发病症状有针对性的治疗作用.OBJECTIVE To research and summarize the medication regulars and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine for Hepatolenticulai Degeneration （HLD）. METHODS 131 HLD prescriptions which were pub- lished at papers from 1976 to 2012 had been researched. The frequency, classification and efficacy of each Chinese herbal medicine used at HLD were statistically analyzed and explained by herbal pharmacology and Western pharnm- cology, exploring the therapeutic effect and significance of Chinese herbal medicine for HLD. RESULTS There were 236 Chinese herbal medicines in 193 prescriptions. 25 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines were used more than 19 times. Among them, the drug of clearing heat, tonifying Qi, diuretics for eliminating dampness and claming the liv- er to stop the wind were main. These herbs for HLD have the pharmacological functions of excreting copper, protecting liver and kidney, restoring the hematological system and nervous system impaired by copper. CONCLUSION The commonly-used Chinese herbal medicines for HLD have pertinent pharmacological function about pathology, some herbs have specific cure functions of different damaged areas and symptoms. This statistical analysis can obiectively and comprehensively reflect the characteristics and medication regulars of traditional Chinese medicine for HLD and provided some exploratory thoughts for dialectical compatibility of medicines and Chinese material preparation.
