摘　　要：目的研究重型颅脑损伤后患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的变化情况。方法选择30例重型颅脑损伤患者与30例中型颅脑损伤患者分别作为A组和B组,运用双抗体夹心ABC-ELISA法测定不同时段(发病后1d、7d、14d)血清中TNF-α水平,并与健康对照组比较。结果 A组和B组TNF-α含量均比对照组显著增高(P<0.01);两组在发病后1d已明显升高,7d达高峰,14d时又明显下降,但仍比对照组增高,而且TNF-α含量与颅脑损伤程度呈正相关。结论血清TNF-α的动态变化能较准确地反映颅脑损伤的程度,而且简单易行,是评价重型颅脑损伤伤情和预后的重要指标之一。Objective To study the change of TNF-α level in patients with severe cranioeerebral injury.Methods 30 patients with severe eraniocerebral injury were selected as Group A and 30 patient with moderate craniocerebral injury as group B. Serum TNF-α levels of different periods（dayl, day7 and dayl4 since getting ill） were tested by double antibody ABC-ELISA and then were compared with those of the control group.Results The content of TNF-α in both group A and group B were significantly higher than that of the control group（ P 〈0.01）. It increased obviously after day1 ,reached to peak after day 7 and went down obviously after day14 ,but still was higher than that of the control group. Furthermore,the content of TNF-α was positively related to the degree of cranioeerebral injury.Conclusion The dynamic change of serum TNF-α level can correctly reflect the degree of eraniocerebral injury in a simple and easy way. It is one of the important indexes of traumatic condition and prognosis for severe craniocerebral injury.
