摘　　要：为了保证内检测过程中的几何检测和漏磁检测能够采集到高质量的检测数据,需在天然气长输管道在线内检测前,进行清管作业,检验管道内部通过能力,降低内检测作业卡堵风险,清除管道内污物,提高内检测作业的精确度,以确保内检测数据的准确、可靠。目前国内外没有相关文献对在线内检测前的清管提出具体要求,通过总结分析各类常规清管器的特点,首次提出内检测前的清管器技术参数要求,对内检测前的清管作业实施程序、各阶段清管合格标准、清管发球、清管器监听与跟踪、收球作业等进行阐述,形成了一套天然气长输管道在线内检测前的清管技术。In order to ensure that high-quality testing data are collected by geometric and magnetic flux leakage detection in inner inspection,it is necessary to conduct pigging operation before inner inspection on long-distance gas pipeline so as to inspect pipeline interior passability,reduce blockage risk,clean dirt out from pipeline and improve the accuracy of inner inspection operation. Up to now,no specific pigging requirements are specified in relative literatures at home and abroad before online inner inspection operation. Summarized and analyzed are characteristics of all kinds of conventional pigs and proposed firstly are technical parameters of pigs before inner inspection and described are the pigging procedure,qualify standards for each stage,pig launching,pig monitoring and tracking and pig receiving,which forms a set of pigging technology before online detection on long-distance gas pipeline.
