摘 要:为改善稠油流动性,以脂肪酸和多胺为原料合成多胺酰胺,用环氧氯丙烷进一步聚合制备聚胺酰胺,评价了其对稠油凝点和黏度的影响,并采用DSC分析合成的聚胺酰胺对稠油饱和烃组分及其沥青质组分聚集态的影响。结果表明:合成的聚胺酰胺型稠油流动性改进剂对稠油有一定的降凝作用,凝固点降低最高可达7.0℃,降低稠油饱和烃组分的析蜡点3.2℃。合成的聚胺酰胺分子主链中含氮数与结构对降黏效果影响较大,侧链烷基的长短对降黏效果影响小,合成的聚胺酰胺的降黏效果最高可达30.8%。DSC分析显示聚胺酰胺PAMA-9可使沥青质在降温相变过程中的放热峰温度范围变窄,放热量减少68.0 J/g,放热起始温度降低9.7℃。表明PAMA-9改变了沥青质的存在方式和聚集状态,使其不易聚集或者沉积,提高了沥青质温度的稳定性。Polyamine amide was synthesized and prepared with fatty acid,polyamine and epichlorohydrin for improving heavy oil mobility. Its impacts on oil pour point,viscosity,saturated hydrocarbon components and asphaltene components were evaluated and analyzed by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC). The result indicates that this synthesized flow improver can depress heavy oil pour point even up to 7. 0℃,and reduce wax precipitation point of saturated hydrocarbon components by 3. 2℃. In the molecular chain of the synthesized polyamine amide,the amount of nitrogen atoms and structure have a big effect on viscosity reduction,while the length of side chain alkyl has a less effect on viscosity reduction,and the utmost viscosity reduction by the synthesized polyamine amide can be 30. 8%. DSC analysis indicates that PAMA-9 polyamine amide can narrow the range of exothermic peak temperature in the phase transition process of asphaltene cooling,reducing exotherm by 68. 0 J/g and initial exothermic temperature by 9. 7℃. PAMA-9 has modified the state of asphaltene existence and aggregation,made it not likely to aggregate or deposit,thus improved asphaltene stability.
