摘  要:运用系统分析方法,针对大位移井提出了一种新的井身结构设计思路,即在传统井身结构设计方法的基础上,增加水力性能、扭矩极限、井眼稳定性、套管下入可行性等相关评价,利用实现井眼清洁对应的系统压耗、钻井液当量循环密度、钻进或下套管过程中可能产生的最大扭矩、预计的最大井径扩大率以及套管下入过程中最小大钩载荷等参数,作为校核参数对传统井身结构设计思路进行了完善,并给出了相应的约束方程。实例验证新思路更加适合于大位移井井身结构设计。With the help of systematic analysis,a new casing program design method for extended reach well is developed in this paper. Comparing with the traditional method,the evaluations on hydraulic performance,torque limit,hole stability and casing running feasibility are enriched in the new one. Additionally,system pressure loss corresponding to hole cleaning,equivalent circulating density of drilling fluid,maximum torque likely to occur during drilling or casing running,predicted maximum hole diameter enlargement rate,and the minimum hook load during casing running are treated as the checking parameters to improve the design process. The constraint equations are also given. An example has confirmed that this new method is more suitable for casing program design of extended reach wells.
