美军电磁频谱控制概念与体系研究

摘　　要：在美军相关条令的基础上，比较详细地诠释了电磁频谱域、电磁频谱管理和电磁频谱控制相关概念，阐明了电磁频谱控制的体系、管理体制和支撑能力，并引入电磁频谱战概念，最后提出应借鉴美军经验，从理论研究、编制体制、装备技术等方面加强电磁频谱控制能力建设。Based on the relevant regulations in the U. S., the concept of electromagnetic spectrum domain, the electromagnetic spectrum management and electromagnetic spectrum control （EMC） is analyzed in detail in this paper firstly, and then, the architectures, scheme and support capabilities of EMC are discussed as an emphasis, and the concept of the electromagnetic spectrum warfare is introduced. Finally, from the theoretical research, organizational system, equipment, technology and other aspects, suggestions of development about EMC operation capabilities in field are offered in this paper.
