摘 要:采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA对玻璃材料在爆炸冲击作用下的动态响应和破坏进行了数值模拟研究,并应用空气中爆炸冲击波经验公式进行了相应计算分析,对比结果表明,数值模拟结果和理论公式计算结果相差10%左右。分析了不同炸药药量作用下玻璃的破坏特征,分析结果表明:在炸药药量较小情况下玻璃碎而不破,炸药药量增加到一定程度时,玻璃在冲击波作用下迅速破碎,碎片具有较大的初始的动能。研究结果对玻璃的抗爆设计可提供一定的参考。Numerical simulation study on dynamic response of the glass material under blasting shock wave was researched based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The dynamic effect of explosive shock wave in the air was also calculated by using the empirical formula. There was a 10% difference between the results of the simulation and that of the formula calculation. The characters of glass under different explosive charge were analyzed. The results showed that the glass was broken but without breaking with little explosive load, and rapidly broken under the shock wave when the explosive load increased to a certain degree and the fragmentation had large initial kinetic energy. It could provide a certain reference for the anti-blast de- sign of the glass.
