摘 要:结合老虎岩采石场高边坡危岩的爆破,详细介绍了深孔毫秒延时爆破技术在边坡危岩处理中的应用。通过理论分析并考虑实际,将爆区划分为6个区降低了最大单响药量,且提出相对自由面较近、最小抵抗线较小的炮孔使用分段装药技术可有效减少飞石和振动。通过爆破振动测试得到相关数据,并总结了处理矿区高边坡危岩的实践经验,对工程中处理危岩具有重要的指导意义。Deep-hole millisecond delay blasting technology applied to dealing with steep slope rock was introduced in detail based on unstable rock blasting on high slope in Laohuyan stone pit. With theoret- ical analysis and field exploration test, the area was divided into six and the maximum tolerant explosive quantity of single shot was reduced. Besides, another conclusion was put forward that the blast hole with smaller minimum burden could reduce fly-rock and vibration when the deck charge technology was applied. Relevant data were obtained by blasting vibration test and practical experience dealing with unstable rock on steep slope rock was further summarized. It has an important guiding significance for similar 1SSHeS.
