摘　　要：高校在大学生思想道德素质培养方面积累了一定的经验,大学生思想道德素质培养的传统路径有正面灌输、社会实践和身教示范。传统培养路径存在着灌输路径与接受路径非同步增长、知与行脱节、偏重显性教育、忽视隐性教育的重要作用等问题。应对网络时代的挑战,高效应探索大学生思想道德素质培养的新路径。We have accumulated some experience in college students＇ ideological and political development. The traditional approaches for college students＇ ideological and political development include positive infusion, social practice and education based on good examples. The traditional approaches are weak in the following aspects such as imbalance between infusion approach and acceptance approach, disconnection between knowledge and action, over focusing on obvious education, neglecting the role of invisible education, and so on. To answer the challenges from the network times, we should explore new approaches to conduct college students＇ ideological and political develooment.
