网络舆情与大学生责任意识养成探析

摘　　要：互联网的发展改变了人们参与社会、表达意见的方式,推动了网络舆情快速发展,网络舆情参与逐渐成为社会生活的重要部分。网络舆情的直接性、随意性、互动性等,对大学生产生越来越重要的影响。有效引导和理性对待网络舆情,有助于激发大学生关注和参与社会问题的责任意识,提高大学生的公民素质。The development of the Internet has changed people＇s modes to participate in the society and express their ideas, which has promoted the fast development of online public opinions. The participation of online public opinions is gradually becoming an important part of social life. Online public opinions are direct, free, and interactive, which have more and more important influence on college students. We should effectively guide online public opinions and treat them with reason, which helps to stimulate college students＇ consciousness on responsibility to notice and participate in social problems, and to improve their qualities as citizens as well.
