摘　　要：介绍了郑州商品交易所的概况和动力煤期货出台的背景,系统说明了动力煤期货交易中的合约设定、交割时间地点、升贴水等相关问题,并对刚上市的动力煤期货表现进行了简单阐述。The paper introduced the brief introduction of Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange and the background of the steam coal futures. The paper systematically stated the contract setting, delivery time and place, premiums and discounts and other is- sues in the trading of the steam coal futures. The paper had a brief statement on the performances of the listed steam coal fu- tures.
