摘　　要：在对当前煤炭行业困境成因分析的基础上,提出煤炭行业走出困境的一些思考和建议。认为,应输煤与输电并重,开发洁净能源,以实现煤炭调运平衡和产业升级。Based on the analysis on the causes of the difficult position occurred in the present coal industry, the paper provid- ed the some considerations and proposals for the coal industry going out of the difficult position. The paper held that the coal transportation and the electric power transmission should be regarded both as equally important and the clean energy should be development in order to realize the balance of the coal allocation and transportation the upgrading of the coal industry.
