上市电力公司生产效率分析

摘　　要：采用了基于面板数据的样本DEA模型,测算了2002—2012年期间的国内33家上市电力公司的绩效,实证结果表明:在电力市场化改革期间,上市发电企业的管理水平和技术水平较为理想,而资源配置能力受大环境的影响明显,规模利用程度不足,但呈现了上升发展的良好趋势。The DEA model of the sample based on the panel data was applied to estimate the achievements of the 33 domes- tic listing electric power companies during the period from 2002 to 2012. The approved results showed that during the period of the electric power market reform, the management level and technical level of the listing electric power enterprises were quite ideal, the resource allocation capacities were obviously affected by the large environment, the scale utilization degree was not sufficient and but would be in a good upward development tendency.
