摘  要:由于传统方法主要依靠经验解决汽车覆盖件冲压成型过程中常见的表面缺陷问题,所以在制造过程中需要反复修模,导致产品制造成本很高.为解决该问题,简述汽车外覆件产生表面缺陷的原因及其基于数值模拟技术的仿真机理;应用JSTAMP/NV提供的解决方案对某汽车门外板进行油石仿真分析,并将该仿真结果与试模结果进行比较,结果表明二者吻合良好.The surface defect is the most common problem in the automotive panel stamping process, however the traditional solution mainly relies on experience, which results in repeated mold repair and higher product cost in the manufacturing process. To solve the problem, the generation reason on surface defect of automotive outer panel parts and the simulation mechanism based on numerical simulation technology are described. The stoning simulation is performed on an automotive door outer plate by the solution scheme of JSTAMP/NV. The simulation results are compared with the tryout results, which shows that they are consistent quite well.
