摘　　要：大型企业集团发展的理论性研究滞后于企业集团发展实践性需求。大型企业集团的深化发展策略解析可以为企业集团的成长提供理论性的指导,从而促进我国大型企业集团的全面发展。The large enterprise groups are the backbone of our national economy. Theoretical research for the de- velopment of large enterprise groups lags behind the development of enterprise groups＇ practical needs. The strategy analysis of deepening development may provide theoretical guidance for the growth of enterprise groups so as to pro- mote the comprehensive development of large enterprise groups in China.
