外科手术和介入疗法治疗老年动脉瘤患者的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较外科手术和介入疗法治疗老年动脉瘤患者的疗效。方法将120例老年脑动脉瘤患者依据随机数字表法分为2组,分别采用外科手术法和介入疗法进行治疗,通过治疗后初期疗效调查及后期随访调查,比较两种治疗方法的疗效。结果外科手术组和介入治疗组治疗成功率分别为96.67%和90.00%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.37,P>0.05);治疗3月后,外科手术组和介入治疗组血管肿瘤复发率分别为6.67%和5.00%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.00,P>0.05);与外科手术组相比,介入治疗组住院时间短,满意度得分高,但治疗费用高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用介入疗法和外科手术疗法治疗老年脑动脉肿瘤患者均能获得较好的疗效,而应用介入疗法的患者住院时间更短,满意度得分更高,但治疗费用也较高。Objective To compare the efficacy of surgical and interventional therapies in el- derly patients with aneurysm. Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with cerebral aneurysms were randomly divided into two groups. One group received surgical therapy and another interven- tional therapy. Follow- up immediately after the treatment and postoperative treatment were con- ducted and efficacies of the two treatment methods were compared. Results （ P （0.05） o The success rates of the surgical therapy group and interventional therapy group were 9 6 . 6 7 % and 90.00 %, respectively. The difference was not statistically significant （x^2 = 0.37, P 〉 0.05）. Three months after the treatment, the recurrence rates of two groups were 6.67 % and 5.00 %, re- spectively. The difference was not statistically significant （x^2 = 0.00, P 〉 0.05）. Compared with the surgical therapy group, the hospital stay was shorter and satisfaction scores were higher in the interventional therapy group but the cost was higher. The differences were not statistically signifi- cant （P（0.05）. Conclusion the interventional therapy and shorter hospital stay and higher In the treatment of elderly patients with cerebral aneurysms, both surgical therapy are effective. But the interventional therapy has satisfaction scores with relatively higher cost.
