摘  要:目的分析支原体属在女性生殖道的感染状况及其耐药性。方法应用支原体属培养、鉴定、药敏一体化试剂盒对9 029例女性生殖道感染患者送检标本进行培养,观察支原体属生长及对抗菌药物的敏感性。结果 9 029例支原体属感染患者中解脲支原体(Uu)感染7732例,占85.64%;人支原体(Mh)感染1201例,占13.3%;肺炎支原体感染96例,占1.06%;解脲支原体对环丙沙星的耐药率最高(67.65%),其次为左氧氟沙星(43.34%),对强力霉素耐药率最低(0.60%);人型支原体几乎对所有的喹诺酮类和大环内酯均有较高的耐药率(84.66%),但对强力霉素的耐药率最低(0.98%)。结论女性生殖道支原体属感染患者中以Uu感染为主,Mh比Uu的耐药情况严重,需引起足够的重视,交沙霉素、美霉素、强力霉素是治疗Uu和Mh感染的首选药物。Objective To understand the infection status and drug resistance of mycoplas- ma in female genital infection, and to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods The inte- gration kit was used for culture, identification and drug susceptibility for mycoplasma in 9 029 cas- es of female genital infection. The mycoplasma growth and sensitivity to antimicrobial agents were observed. Results Among 9 029 patients, 7732 was infected with ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) (85.64 % ), 1201 with mycoplasma hominis (Mh) (13.3 % ), and 96 with mycoplasma pneumonia infection (1.06 % ). Ureaplasma urealyticum resistant to ciprofloxacin was the highest (67.65 % ), followed by levofloxacin (43.34%). Mycoplasma hominis were resistant to almost all quinolones and macrolides with a high rate of 84.66 %, but the resistance to doxycycline was the lowest with only 0.98 %. Conclusion Uu is the predominant species of mycoplasrna to cause urigenital tract infections in the female patients. Mh is more tolerant than Uu in the drug resistances, which de- serves more attention. Josamycine, the mycine, and doxycycline are commonly used to treat my- coplasma infection,
