低渗口服补液盐联合补锌治疗轮状病毒腹泻的临床观察  被引量:15

摘  要:目的观察低渗口服补液盐联合补锌治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒腹泻的临床疗效。方法将轮状病毒感染的急性腹泻患儿97例,分为对照组,32例,给予常规对症治疗;口服补液盐组,32例,在常规对症治疗基础上予低渗口服补液盐代水饮(50mL/(kg·d);联合治疗组;33例;除给予口服补液盐外,再补充口服锌制剂(葡萄糖酸锌口服液,10 mL/d)。治疗后72 h观察各组脱水纠正情况;记录大便性状改善时间;记录腹泻总病程;同时登记各组转为输液治疗的患者数。结果口服补液盐组和联合治疗组脱水纠正率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);口服补液盐组和联合治疗组大便性状改善时间、腹泻总病程均较对照组缩短,而且口服补液盐组和联合治疗组比较,P<0.01;口服补液盐组和联合治疗组患儿转为输液治疗的比例均较对照组低,P<0.05。结论同常规对症治疗相比,低渗口服补液盐联合补锌治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒腹泻,明显改善脱水,缩短了腹泻总病程,使大便性状在较短时间内得以恢复正常,同时减少了输液治疗的风险。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of hypotonic oral rehydration solution (ORS)and zinc in the treatment of rotavirus diarrhea. Methods The study was conducted in 97 children. They were divided into group A ( n = 32, treated with general routine therapy) and group B (n = 32, received hypotonic ORS), and group C ( n = 33, treated with hypotonic ORS and zinc). Characteristics of clinical symptoms and conditions of dehydration were observed. Results Incidences of dehydration improvement in group B and C were higher than those of group A ( P 〈 0.05). Symptom improvement time and the course of diarrhea in group B and group C were signifi- cantly shorted than those in group A. The differences between group B and group C were statistical- ly significant (P 〈 0.01 ). Incidences of received injection treatment in group B and group C were significantly lower than those in group A (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Compared with conventional treatment, hypotonic ORS combined with zinc could markedly corrects dehydration, reduce diarrhea time and the total duration, and decrease the risk of injection treatment.
