抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动前后某院用药合理性的对比分析

摘　　要：目的对比我院在卫生部颁发《2012年抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动方案》（以下简称整治活动）前后抗菌药物使用的情况，考察专项活动的效果，了解我院抗菌药物合理使用情况。方法选取2012年1-6月份整治活动前使用抗菌药物的病例作为干预前组（14857），2012年7-12月专项整治活动后使用抗菌药物病例作为干预后组（14995），从抗菌药物疗程、费用、使用强度、合理用药评价进行对比分析。结果抗菌药物专项整治活动后，我院抗菌药物的费用和使用率明显下降，围手术期预防用药合理性显著提高（P〈0．001）；结论抗菌药物专项整治活动在我院取得明显成效。Objective Compare the use of antibacterial drugs of our hospital before and after The Special Rectification Activities Of Clinical Use Of Antimicrobial Drugs In 2012 （Hereinafter referred to as Special Rectification Activities） which is issued by the Ministry of Health in order to observe the effect of the special activities and comprehend the rational use of antimicrobial drugs. Methods The data of two groups were collected and compared from the course ,cost, the use of strength, rationality of Antimicrobial Drugs, oiae group 14857 cases were selected from January to June 2012 （pre-intervention） before the Special Rectification Activities and another group 14995 cases were selected from July and December 2012 （post-intervention） after the Special Rectification Activities. Results The cost and the rate of utilization of antibiotics decreased significantly and the rationality of perioperativc prophylaxis improved significantly after the Special Rectification Activities. Conclusion The Special Rectification Activities achieved significant results in our hospital.
