疏血通治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛43例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察疏血通治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法将86例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为对照组和观察组各43例,对照组给与常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用疏血通注射液,观察两组治疗后疗效及血液流变学指标变化。结果观察组临床症状及心电图改善均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),血液流变学指标改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疏血通治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛可明显提高患者的疗效及改善症状,且不良反应少,值得推广应用。Objeetlve To observe the clinical efficacy of shuxuetong for unstable angina in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 86 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, with 43 cases in each group, the control group were treated by routine treatment, and the observation group were treated by shuxuetong injection, observation of clinical efficacy, the changes of hemorheology. Results Compared to control group, the angina symptomatic relief and electrocardiogram amelioration of the observation group increased significantly （P〈0.05） , the changes of blood rheology increased significantly （P〈 0.05） .Conelusion The therapy of shuxuetong can improve clinical symptoms and efficacy significantly, and is safe and worthy of being extended in clinics.
