摘　　要：通过静态热烘箱试验及流变试验,比较固体有机锡稳定剂NX-SS318与TM181FS热稳定性效果,研究结果表明,同样的配方,热稳定剂加入量均为1.0 Phr,NX-SS318静态烘箱热稳定性效果优于TM181FS。流变实验表明,流变性能与TM181FS相似,且外润滑性较TM181FS好。环保测试结果表明,符合RoHS和REACH相关要求。This paper compares the performance of thermal stability of solid organic tin stabilizer NX-SS318 and TM181FS through static oven test and theology test. Tile research results showed that with same formula- tion, heat stabilizer addition amount is 1.0 Phr, NX-SS318 oven static thermal stability is better than TM181FS . Rheological test showed that rheological properties are similar to TM181FS, and with better outer lubrieity than one of TM181FS. And environmental test result comforms to relative requirement of ROHS and REACH.
