咖啡酸联合HP根治法治疗慢性非重症ITP 28例分析

摘　　要：目的观察咖啡酸片联合HP根治法治疗慢性非重症免疫性血小板减少症的疗效。方法 28例ITP患者随机分为治疗组14例和对照组14例,对照组给予HP根治法治疗,治疗组给予口服咖啡酸片联合HP根治法治疗,观察两组患者在治疗后血小板变化的情况及疗效对比。结果治疗组较对照组对非重度血小板减少即>20×109/L ITP患者的效果明显(P<0.05),疗效对比经t检验显示治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论咖啡酸片联合HP根治法对慢性非重症ITP有较好的疗效。Objective Observe caffeic acid tablets combined HP eradication method curative effect in the treatment of chronic immune thrombocytopenia. Methods 28 patients with ITP 14 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in 14 cases, control group given HP eradication treatment, treatment group given oral caffeic acid with method of HP eradication therapy, observe two groups of patients after treatment situation of changes of platelet and curative effect comparison. Results The treatment group than the control group of severe thrombocytopenia is greater than 20x109/L ITP patients significantly （P〈0.05）, the effect of curative effect is compared by t test showed that the treatment group is better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Caffeic acid tablets combined HP eradication has good curative effect in chronic in ITP.
