面部皮脂腺囊肿美容治疗64例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨应用自制美容刮匙治疗面部皮脂腺囊肿的方法和疗效。方法应用与自制美容刮匙相同直径的针头穿破皮脂腺囊肿,将囊内物质部分自行溢出,然后应用自制美容刮匙刮除干净,用庆大霉素冲洗,用眼科有齿镊尽可能把囊壁部分或全部夹出,再使用庆大霉素冲洗,轻度加压包扎。结果门诊选择的64例患者,进行6个月的随访,无复发及影响面容的52例,占84%;复发、影响了面容的22例,占16%。结论此方法从美容角度,特别对年轻人,瘢痕体质者,女性进行面部皮脂腺囊肿的门诊美容治疗,不做刀口手术,达到美容目的,是理想、可行的治疗,但是较手术切除容易复发。Objective Reach and applications of the methods and curative effect of homemade beauty curette treatment of facial sebaceous cyst. Method Use the same diameter needle homemade beauty curette to piercesebaceous cysI, overflow the capsule material by itself, and then clean it by using homemade beauty curette, use gentamicin to clean it, and then useophthalmic toothed forceps clamp cyst wall as far as possible, then use gentarnicin to clean it and pack it softly. Result Sampled 64 patients and after 6 months follow-up, 84% of which, 52 of them, no recurrence and no bad influence for face; 16% of which, 22 of them, recurrence and bad influence for the face. Conclusion From cosmetic point of view, this method is an ideal sebaceous cyst treatment especially for young people, physical scars and female. But easy to relapse compared with surgical resection.
