摘　　要：目的建立用高效液相色谱法测定“化腐生肤”渗滤液中β，β-二甲基丙烯酰阿卡宁的含量，为其制定质量标准提供依据。方法色谱柱为DiamonsilC18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈一甲酸水（78：22），流速为1．0mL／min，检测波长为275nm，柱温30℃结果β，β-二甲基丙烯酰阿卡宁在0．02-76～0．1935mg／mL范围内线性良好（r=0．9998），平均回收率均在95％～105％，RSD为2．223％，“化腐生肤”渗滤液中β，β-二甲基丙烯酰阿卡宁含量为0．3866mg／mL。结论该方法准确，简便灵敏，可用于“化腐生肤”渗滤液的质量控制。Objective To develop a RP-HPLC method to determiuat the content of leachate β,β-dimethylacrylalkannin in Huafushengfu,and provide the basis for the development of quality standards. Methods The coulmn was Diamonsil C18（250 mm×4,6mm, 5μm）;the mobile phase was acetonitrile- formic acid（78 ： 22）; the flow-rate was set at 1.0 mL/min;the detection wevelength was 275nm and column temperature was 30 ℃. Results β,β-dimethylacrylalkannin had good linearity in the range of 0.0276-0.1935mg/mL（r=0.9998）.The average recovery was 95%-105%. The RSD was 2.223 %.The content of leachate β,β-dimethylacrylalkannin in Huafushengfu was 0.3866 mg/mL. Conclusion This method is rapid,simple and sensitive,and it can be using as the quality control of Huafushengfu.
