摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠高血压综合征患者治疗前后脐动脉血流变化的超声声像图情况。方法分析2010年1月至2012年12月超声科诊断的141例妊娠高血压综合征患者临床资料,给予针对性治疗,观察治疗前后脐动脉血流变化情况。结果 141例妊娠期高血压综合征患者的治疗后的PI、RI和S/D明显低于治疗前,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论通过彩色多普勒超声对妊娠高血压综合征患者脐动脉血流进行动态监测,可以有效的预测胎盘血液循环状态,降低围生儿不良结局发生率,提高妊娠质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To approach ultrasonographie pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome patients in umbilical artery blood flow changes before and after treatment. Method To analyze 141 eases pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome patients clinical data from 2010 January to 2012 year in December, which was to be treated and Changed of umbilical artery blood flow were observed before and after treatment. Result The PI, RI and S/D after treatment of 141 eases pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome were lower than before treatment,P〈0.05,the difference were statistical significance. Conclusion To color Doppler ultrasound of umbilical artery blood flow in patients with syndrome of dynamic monitoring of pregnancy induced hypertension,Can effectively predict the placental blood circulation,reduced the incidence of adverse outcome of perinatal infants, improve the quality of pregnancy, which was to be used.
