正心泰胶囊中毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷的高效液相测定含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定正心泰胶囊中毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷的含量的高效液相色谱法。方法反相液相色谱法，色谱柱为WatersXBridge—C185μm250mm×4J6mm，流动相：乙腈-0．2％磷酸（30：70），波长260nm，流速1mL／min。结果线性范围：0．12442～1．2442μg，回归方程：Y=907200．29X．6781．48，相关系数0．9999，平均回收率96．74％，RSD=1．8％（n=6）。结论此方法专属性强、精密度高、重现性好，可作为正心泰胶囊的质量控制。Objeetive To establish a method for determining the content of Calycosin 7-O-β-D-Glucopyranoside in Fufang Banmao Capsule. Methods The product was analyzed by HPLC,using Waters XBridge-C18 column（250mm×4.6mm, 5μm）,with acetonitrile-0.2% phosphate （30 ： 70） as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0mL/min and the detection wavelength of 260nm.Results Linearity in the sample size range of 0.12442-1.2442μg for Calycosin 7-O-β-D- Glucopyranoside. The average recoveries for Calycosin 7-O-β-D-Glucopyranoside was 96.74%（RSD of 1.8%）.Conelusion The method is convenient and accurate, It can be applied to the quantitative determination of the preparation.
