摘　　要：通过讨论异型坯连铸机拉矫机液压系统的设计和调试 ,介绍了较有特色的电机调节先导式溢流阀结构和性能 ,以及它如何作为减压阀的远程控制口调节系统压力 ,同时介绍了该系统一些设计特色和调试过程。Through discussion on design and regulation of hydraulic system of straightening and withdrawal machine for profiled blank caster,structure and performance of characteristic guiding overflow valve adjusted by motor are deseribed.It explains principle of the valve serving as remote control orifice of pressure relief valve to adjust pressure of the system.Design characteristics and regulation procedure of the system are also described.
