兔食管的不同部位支架植入术后差异性研究

摘　　要：目的建立新的食管支架动物模型,并选择合适的食管支架植入部位。方法以15只健康新西兰大耳白兔为实验对象,随机分为3组,分别在食管的上、中、下三段植入食管支架,观察术后动物的进食及体重变化,实验周期为6周,如动物死亡,立即解剖查找死亡原因。结果所有的支架均成功植入动物体内,支架植入食管上段的动物,术后迅速恢复进食,4周内一般情况良好,4周后实验动物陆续死亡,仅1只存活超过6周。食管中段植入支架的动物,在术后基本不进食,1周内均死亡。下段食管植入支架的动物,术后1周进食量较少,1周后逐步恢复,所有的动物均健康存活超过6周。结论新西兰大耳白兔可以作为食管支架的动物模型,食管上段植入支架适合≤4周的短期实验,食管中段不适合植入支架,食管下段适合周期较长的实验。Objective To establish a new rabbit model and choose the appropriate part of the esophagus for implantation of the stent. Methods 15 New Zealand white rabbits were chosen and randomly allocated to 3 groups. Stents were inserted with flexible Bronehoscopy by an endoscopist gastroenterologist of the different parts of the rabbits, the upper esophagus the mid-esoph- agus and the lower esophagus. The change of the diet and body weight was observed. The animal was dissected to ascertain the cause of death if the animal died. The period of the test was 6 weeks. Results All stents were successfully implanted into the de- sired location of the esophagus of rabbits. The rabbits intook food quickly after the upper esophagus implantation of the stent. The rabbits were in healthy within 4 week, and began to die after 4 weeks, only 1 rabbit survived beyond 6 weeks. The rabbits intook nothing after the mid-esophagus implantation of the stent. All the rabbits died within 1 week. The rabbit intook food gradually re-stored after the mid-esophagus implantation of the stent one week. All the animals were healthy survival more than 6 weeks. Con-clusion The New Zealand white rabbits can be used as an animal model for implanted the esophageal stent. The upper esophagus was suitable for short-term implantation of the stent experiment, the period≤4 weeks, the mid-esophagus was not suitable for im- plantation of the stent, the lower esophagus was suitable for the long period of experiment.
