摘　　要：ICU的患者因具有病情重、免疫力低、使用呼吸机、使用广谱抗生素等高风险因素,院内感染及呼吸机相关性感染的发生率较普通病房高,所以ICU是容易发生医院感染的场所。通过对加强环境、医务人员手卫生、医务人员感染相关知识培训等方面的细节管理,对ICU容易造成医院感染的环节进行有效干预。具体采取以下措施:要加强日常工作的管理,重视手卫生,严格执行无菌技术操作和消毒隔离制度,并改善消毒设备,控制医院内细菌的传播。加强对相关人员的培训,对新进入医院的医生护士进行医院感染宣传教育,从头做起,做好防治工作。要加强重点科室和人员的管理,提高医务人员的自我保护意识。通过细节管理措施的实施,提高了医务人员预防和控制医院感染意识,院内感染率显著降低。加强ICU病房细节管理对预防医院感染具有重要作用。The patients in the intensive care unit are usually with many risk factors, such as heavy illness,low immunity, using ventilator, using broad-spectrum antibiotics, which could lead to a high incidence of ventilator-related infections, so the ICU is fa-cilities with a high incidence of hospital infection. The following detail management was carried out in ICU. Understanding the im-portance of daily management, paying attention to hand hygiene, setting strict implementation of aseptic technique operations, dis-infection and isolation system, improving the disinfection of equipment to control the spread of bacteria in the hospital. We en-hanced the training of hospital infection prevention in medical staffs, especially new doctors and nurses. The management of key departments and staffs was conducted to raise awareness of self-protection. With the implementation of details management, we can improve the medical staff awareness of prevention and control of hospital infection ; decrease the rate of hospital infection. It is im-portant to strengthen the ICU details management in preventing hospital infection.
