摘　　要：我国经济改革开放和市场机制的发展,对医院的发展和改革医疗机构起着巨大的推进作用,同时也产生了一定的负面效应。加强医德医风建设,也是各医疗单位要生存和发展的关键。只有加强医德医风建设,不断提高医务人员的职业道德水平,增强医务人员的责任感、荣誉感,才能纠正医疗上的不正之风。医德医风建设是与医院的生存和发展紧密联系在一起的。医院管理者应认清形势,充分认识医德医风建设的必要性和紧迫性,树立正确的文化舆论导向,提高医务人员的医德认识水平,发挥医德的倡导作用。做到以人为本,强化管理,不断提高医务人员的素质。加强医德医风建设有利于促进医务人员的自我完善,有利于提高医院的管理水平,使医院在激烈的医疗市场竞争中立于不败之地。The economic reform and opening-up as well as the development of the market mechanism in our country have played a great promoting role in the development of hospitals and the reform of the medical institutions. But they have also brought about some negative effects at the same time. Strengthening the construction of medical ethics is the key to the survival and devel-opment of all the medical institutions. Only by strengthening the construction of medical ethics, constantly improving the level of professional ethics of the medical staff and enhancing their sense of responsibility and honor is it possible to correct the unhealthy tendency of medical treatment. The construction of medical ethics is closely linked to the survival and development of hospitals. Hospital managers should have a clear understanding of the situation and are fully aware of the necessity and urgency of the con- struction of medical ethics in order to set up the correct direction for the cultural and public opinions. Only when the medical staff have achieved a high level of professional ethics and attached great importance to it can we hope for a people-oriented atmosphere in the medical industry. Moreover,the management of the medical institutions should be strengthened greatly, which will urge the medical staff to improve themselves in their professional competence and in turn make hospitals more competitive in the fierce medical market.
