摘　　要：目的 分析我院注射用胰岛素的应用情况,为临床合理选择提供依据.方法 对我院“军卫一号”信息系统提供的2010～2012年注射用胰岛素的应用数据进行统计分析.结果 我院使用的胰岛素品种达13种.诺和锐30（笔芯）、诺和灵30R（笔芯）、甘精胰岛素等在3年中销售量稳中有升.结论 注射用胰岛素的用药金额逐年增长,其中,合资和进口品牌胰岛素从金额和所占份额双双增加,国产胰岛素的份额逐年减少.Objective To analyze the situation of insulin in our hospital. Methods The data of insulin used in our hospital from 2010 to 2012 collected from the original data of the server of ＂No. 1 Military＂ statistical analysis. Results The insulin variety reaches 13 kinds in our hospital. Among them, aspart 30 （refills） , pre-mixed 30R （refills）, insulin glargine and other sales rose steadily in the three years. Conclusion The sum of money for consumption of insulin increased year by year. Among them ,joint ventures and imported brands of insulin increased from both the amount and the share. The domestically produced insulin share reduced year by year.
